Before you apply for the exam, make sure you meet the following sets of PMP Certification requirements:

Meet the facilitator
Herman has been in the project management environment for the last 20 years and has trained over 1500 aspiring project managers on different levels from Basic to Advanced and PMP level.
He founded HBG Project Management in 2013 and has been involved with project consulting and training ever since.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2013.

How is the course structured?The course is 1 month (4 weeks) in duration and starts on the first Monday of each month. The course is divided into 4 segments of 1 week each with a structured study plan which the learners need to follow. After every week a facilitator touchdown session (3 hours) will be conducted on the following Monday evening where feedback, questions and discussions will be conducted focusing on the previous week work, quizzes and exams. There are also 2 x PMP mock exams of which the first is at the end of week 2 and the second at the end of week 4.

How do I get my certificate for contact hours?On completion of the course material, quizzes and exams as well as attendance of all the touchdown sessions, the course certificate will be awarded.

Can I get a quote / invoice / receipt for my employer?Yes, just supply us with the required information and we will send you a quote / invoice / receipt.

In what format is the Student Handbook?The course handbook and study plan is compiled in a printed file format with the different course modules as stand alone units. Any additional course documentation or notes can be added to the file during and after training. There are however additional hand-outs that are provided as online material.

Can I pay for the course online?Yes, you can purchase the course online through different payment portals.

Does the course include the PMP Exam Fees?No, the PMP Exam fees are not included. Visit the PMI website for the latest exam prices.

Where can I write the PMP Exam?Option 1: You can write the PMP exam through a Pearson Vue exam center nearest to you. Option 2: You can write the exam from your laptop through a proctored exam (administered by the PMI)
